Its a very simple swop. You dont need to change any springs or barrels just drop it into the XL grip module. There are many videos on youtube on how to change the module. If I'm not mistaken the Armed Professional section is a recommended list or featured products for LEOs. LEO Pricing is the discounted price on whatever Sig firearm you choose. I think the discount on the P365 was around $80. Some models would also come with three mags instead of two.

The down side is they are small parts but the upside is any 365 can be converted. The P365 platform is very versatile. As a note the parts are also relatively inexpensive if you shop around. Waiting for one with a safety included may be a while and will likely cost far more.The P365 is a very small pistol and it's possible your hands/grip are interfering with the movement of the slide. Initial reports were of pulls as low as 5 and fractions of a pound, now it's over 6+.
